Rachel Pook is a content designer, strategist, taxonomist and writer based in Sydney.

A content specialist with 25 years of industry experience, I am a collaborative problem-solver who excels at developing consistent, structured, cross-platform content, strategies, and taxonomies. I apply research and data to create customer-centric experiences and have a long-standing passion for high-quality content.

I began my career as a newspaper journalist in London after achieving a 2:1 in my degree in media and journalism. From national publications, I moved into digital production roles and, most recently, into design, strategy, and AI.

I am highly skilled in creating scalable content strategies that deliver measurable impact, including the development of taxonomies and content models that support sustainable growth. With extensive experience in large organisations, I am adept at managing complex stakeholder needs and measuring outcomes to ensure both customer and business objectives are met.

I recently completed an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Exeter in the UK.
